Top 5 Beach Day Essentials

July 16, 2017

I can’t believe that Summer is already half way through! To be honest, I haven’t been able to enjoy the beach as much as I wish I could. I realized yesterday (after being stuck behind my desk all day), that my tan is nowhere near where I want it to be and that ocean has not been graced with my presence enough lately. I mean, I know, ocean… I would miss my little latina ass too if I were you. Definitely going to try and head out there tomorrow and as much as I can until that sun starts to hide from us. Summer in San Diego is pretty much the best as the weather is perfect, the breeze is just enough and the days are endless. I was able to spend a cute little afternoon sitting beach-side last week with one of my favorite Annie Leibovitz books, a couple bottles of pellegrino and this cute new retro style suit from Yumi Kim.  All you need for a good beach day are a few essentials. Below you can find my top 5.

My Top 5 Beach Day Essentials:

1. Good lightweight sunscreen

2.A Straw Hat.

LOVE ALL OF THESE!

3. Cute Swimsuit.

One pieces and retro style high waisted ones are on the top of my list!

4. Statement Sunglasses.

Currently into fun and stand-out statement sunglasses, especially with a retro twist.

5. Beach bag.

A good beach tote or small straw bag is so essential. (If it’s cute enough to wear before or after the beach…even better).
