This color, this texture, this cut!! This Satlwater Luxe crushed velvet dress is just everything my fall velvet dreams are made of.  I recently found out about this brand after I stumbled into a local boutique (Mimi and Red)  and I loved their cute boho dresses.
John and I read about this epic ghost town on the border of Arizona. Naturally we packed up all our camping gear into the car (including my overflowing messy closet and way more shoes than I needed on a roadtrip) and headed out to check it out. I always love being alone on the road with him.  Some of my best memories are from being in the middle of a long stretch of road listening to nostalgic music. What we ended up finding in Arizona was a weird time warp wild west ghost town that was made into a museum. Complete with rooms, jails, banks, shops, bars, a hotel and a school. It was surprisingly big and there was NO ONE there when us crazies showed up… probably because it was almost 100 degrees out! To say I was melting in this velvet dress is an understatement! But how could I resist a backdrop like this?
