One of the reasons I love fashion so much is that it is my favorite form of self expression. Even in the tiniest details you can say so much about yourself, what you love, your creativity, shapes, colors, it’s all so much fun. Fashion makes my every day life so much more fun. Getting ready in the morning is not a chore or a mundane task I have to do to be a human or stay warm but a fun way of getting my creative juices flowing. Any chance for personalizing my outfit and I’m there– from cutting up my jeans to the way I layer my clothes and even in the way I personalize my handbags. As soon as I saw designers starting to make personalized straps for their bags I jumped all in. Such a cool idea and fun way to step up your bag game.
I’ve always wanted to buy a cute designer strap to mix with my purses, but have had trouble finding one that really stood out in a unique “me” kinda. Not to mention that it was hard to find a good one that was also easy on the wallet. I was introduced to Patricia Nash bags at Macy’s and was happy to have found more than just one interchangeable bag strap in her Strap Happy collection (loved this one here and this one here)! I ended up mixing the combo of this strap (here, shown above) with her Cadiz Satchel (also shown above). I got this just in time for my trip here to San Francisco and was able to shoot my outfit today in the city to share with you guys.  What do you think of the bag? Sometimes Macy’s just kills it with the cute yet affordable finds.
Hope everyone has an amazing NEW YEAR!!! See you all in 2017!
