The "new" off the shoulder top
The "new" off the shoulder top
Off the shoulder tops were huge last season. So much so that I think we might have gotten a bit bored of it. Dontchya think? Don’t get me wrong, I can never deny a good off the shoulder, but it is refreshing to see this asymmetrical off the shoulder look taking the lead this season. Especially when there are ruffles involved in just the right places. I adore the flirty and feminine yet still ‘ready to talk business’ feel of this top. I posted a pic of it on my instagram (@FrankVinyl) about a month ago and got an amazing response from you guys. Some of you were asking who it was by and others where they could find a similar one. I almost forgot to write a post about it and randomly came across the edited photos that I never posted!
So here it goes, I have a confession to make, this shirt is amazing (thats a given, I mean of course), but reality is that it is not the most comfortable. Had to drop this knowledge on you, because well… it’s expensive. Really, you are paying for the high fashion look which I was drooling over the moment I saw it. If you have an event to go to where you don’t have to drive, hug anyone or move your arms around, then this is the perfect top. I mean you literally can not move your arms around at all but hey, fashion isn’t always comfortable right? I always try to keep things as comfortable as possible with my outfits, but there is always an exception. I think this cute Self Portrait top is worth it. If I look absolutely bad ass (at least if I feel that way) then I might just sacrifice some arm movement. Just maybe. Find it here for 40% off !
