What I wore in September

Hey Frank Vinyl Familia! I’m always posting to my instagram with Liketoknow.it enabled links. This way you can easily shop what I am wearing in the photo by following that link or by following me in the Liketoknow.it app (You can download via your Itunes store btw, its free!). All you have to do is download the app, follow me (frankvinyl) and then you can just screenshot my pics whenever I post them. You can shop the picture via the app using just the screenshot. If you open the app, it will find the picture, and share with you the direct links that I have added to the photo. Easy peasy right?

Ok so, If you don’t have this app you guys are missing out! Sometimes I post exclusive content that I don’t post on my blog or instagram that you can only shop and see via Liketoknow.it. I wanted to share that with you guys for those of you who are not familiar and don’t understand what those links are that I am always attaching at the end of my captions. Full disclosure: I, of course, get commision if you buy through my links so… it helps my business and also helps me track what you guys want to see more of.

Here are some outfits I wore and posted on Liketoknow.it during the month of September. That just flew by, didn’t it?!

I recently bought this adorable set from Faithfull the Brand. While it is super summery and vacation wear, I think it can be great to transition into fall as well. The top can be worn layered over a t-shirt and these pants would look amazing with a warm knit. Love the versatility here.

This is one of my favorite outfits from September. New favorite top paired with Grlfrnd denim, my new Staud purse and a touch of leopard. (See How to style leopard into Fall in my last post here). I bought these shoes years ago and they sold out waaaay too soon. They just came back in stock, so if you have your eye on leopard shoes, don’t let them sell out on you!! Really guys, these were one of my favorite buys. Comfortable enough for every day and add the perfect touch to any outfit.

I wore this above outfit on a sushi date night with John. Kept it sleek with all black and fresh with pops of white. I love this idea for going into Fall. Darker colors with pops of brightness. White shoes are still a strong trend going into Fall and these were a great investment from DSW. So fresh and so chic!

Nothing beats this adorable linen dress from Reformation. While I did buy it for hotter days for our trip to Hawaii, I plan on packing this for Europe (heading out this week!) and layering it over a black turtleneck. Great for those in-between weather days and love the classic cut!

Taking a coffee break in this plaid blazer and some western style boots. Western boots are huge for fall! I’ve had these boots forever and year after year I always think of how smart it was to splurge on them. While these exact ones are sold out, there are other amazing options worth splurging on. Trust me, you need at least one good pair of western styled booties!

Just like I talked about in my last post, I started slowly incorporating leopard print into my outfits to transition into Fall since early Sept. Loved pairing this denim skirt and jacket set with this cute hat. I wore this to brunch on a Saturday with John and wore it all the way into the night. Love a good denim set!

Adore this bathing suit so much! Polka Dots are another big trend for Fall and (if you have been following along) you may have already noticed I’m a big fan. I wore this one on a hot Summer evening as I laid back and watched the waves crash. I may just see what this looks like worn with some high waisted pants or jeans this Fall. Always down to get the most bang out of my buck and get creative with my clothes.

Taking in the streets and people watching over Paris in this cute little mini dress last week. Another strong print for this season and in the best color for October: Yellow. This one has an adorable side slip and tight fit which goes ideal when layered over a t-shirt for colder days.

I found this boxy plaid coat while running around vintage shops in Shoreditch. Such a steal! A good statement tailored coat is so necessary and perfect for layering over anything, especially some jeans and a white tee. It always looks put together and sleek. I’ve Linked a very similar style above.

Reformation is at it again with the cutest high waist leopard pant fit. I also wore these in Paris with a chunky white knit sweater and baker boy hat. The pants are definitely the eye-catching piece here, but I want to bring the attention to this perfect white tank. I’ve recently discovered the amazingness that is madewell basics! Why did it take me so long? They are affordable, good quality, the perfect cuts and pair well with just about anything. I just bought a good amount of t-shirts from them and have shunned all my other ones atm. So there’s that.
