What I Wore In December
Hey Frank Vinyl Family! I’m always posting to my Instagram with Liketoknow.it enabled links. This way you can easily shop what I am wearing in the photo by following that link or by following me in the Liketoknow.it app . (You can download via your Itunes store. BTW, its free!). All you have to do is download the app, follow me “FrankVinyl” and then you can just screenshot my pics whenever I post them. You can shop the picture via the app using just the screenshot. If you open the app, it will find the picture, and share with you the direct links that I have added to the photo. Super simple right?
Ok so, If you don’t have this app you guys are missing out! Sometimes I post exclusive content that I don’t post on my blog or Instagram that you can only shop and see via Liketoknow.it. I wanted to share that with you guys for those of you who are not familiar and don’t understand what those links are that I am always attaching at the end of my captions on insta. Full disclosure: I, of course, get commision if you buy through my links (so it does help my business, but it also helps me track what you guys want to see more of).
Here are some outfits I wore and posted on Liketoknow.it during the month of December. Can’t believe this year has come to an end! I have added the links below the photos so you can shop through here on this post!
Spent some time with the family in Cabo and wore this bright yellow one piece! Love the fun color and the sexy plunging neckline. I also linked a few other options of the same suit in different colors.
I bought these shoes a few months ago and OH MY GOSH have I used them! I think of snakeskin as a neutral color and love to pair them with just about everything. I think a good snakeskin boot is a great way to elevate your winter outfits. These exact ones are sold out, but I have linked very similar ones that I think are just as chic.
These red velvet pants were ideal for the holidays, but I am pretty sure I will be using these year round. Love the fun velvet paired with a more put together structured piece on the top. Also, these pants make me look extra long, which I’m always into.
Here I am again in these snakeskin boots (can’t get enough of them!) Paired them with a silk cami which goes with just about anything and a casual cashmere cardigan. Love that in San Diego its warm enough to layer this way some days, but on a colder day I would probably just wear longer jeans and a coat on top! These jeans were a DIY fray hem I did myself so I don’t have the link so similar. If you want to see how I did it, check out this DIY Step Hem Jeans video here.
I wore this to go grab some drinks with friends and the hubby. It was a colder night in San Diego so I busted out this faux fur from House of Harlow. I love that it instantly gives a good rock n roll feel (as Nicole Richie’s pieces tend to do). It goes great with a band tee and some ripped denim. Topped it off with these black pumps that are always a good idea to have in any closet. I will definitely be throwing this jacket in my suitcase for when we go to San Francisco in February!
This sweater was such a hit in December I wore it almost everywhere. There’s a lot going on with all the fringe so this one is best when paired with solid neutrals. I know I will be wearing it until it’s too hot to wear. It sold out very quickly, but is currently back in stock! The Stuart Weitzman boots I am wearing with this look are so comfortable. They have rubber soles so you can walk just about everywhere and keep your legs nice and warm with the suede finish. Can not recommend these enough.
LIVING in this teddy coat as of late. This one above is from Urban Outfitters and has a good cropped moto fit. It’s warmer than you would think (especially if worn on top of a good cashmere or wool sweater) and looks great with high-waist jeans. I wore it on this day with a graphic tee, ripped high-waist jeans and some Doc Martens.
One of my Holiday looks I wore to a party. A good sequin skirt is always fun (not just for the holidays), especially when offset by a completely different texture or understated casual vibe. I wore this Revolve skirt with a chunky oversized knit and flat over the knee boots.
I have not stopped raving about these pants since I got them months ago. I throw them on often when I just want to run some errands, go to dinner with the family or even when I have meetings. They can be dressed up or down and are very comfortable. My favorite part is the fit: a little high-waisted slightly cropped at the ankle and tapered. Love mostly that they can go from being chic and put together to slightly edgy and more on the punk side. All in how you style it.
Loving any knit sweater with a Chevron print on it at the moment! I wore this knit from Milly during my Roadtrip to the Grand Canyon and it kept me so warm! I wore a thermal under it and ended up layering with my teddy coat. Sometimes a good more expensive knit is so worth it because they really do keep you so warm and are made with the best fabrics so they last you longer than a cheap Forever 21 fit.
Should I do more of these outfit roundups every month?
Have a great day guys and thanks for stopping by!
