Sustainable Athleisure + Loungewear Brands

Sustainable Athleisure + Loungewear Brands

I shared Comfy Work From Home outfits already, but in honor of Earth Day, here are some Sustainable Athleisure + Loungewear brands you may also want to check out! Keep on reading to find your new favorite sustainable pieces to wear while at home,  to the grocery store, or for breaking a sweat.

Amour Vert

This company from LA created loungewear in limited quantities made from low-impact fabrics like Tencel, organic cotton, and ethical wool. They also plant a tree for every t-shirt purchased. I particularly love their cute joggers and that sweater above is super unique. SHOP HERE

NAADAM

Naadam is a great sustainable loungewear brand! They may not be cheap, but they have some of the best cashmere and high-quality loungewear. Check out how cute these ice blue joggers are. Naadam works to help protect the planet with anti-desertification programs and have local non-profit work and supplier partnerships committed to ethical environmental standards. SHOP HERE.

Mate the Label

Mate uses non-toxic materials like Tencel and Organic Cotton and also has virtually their whole supply chain within a ten-mile radius of LA (keeping it super local). They use all recycled materials for their packaging (which is always a plus). I love how soft the fabrics are and they have really beautiful colors. I’m particularly a fan of their hoodies paired with their high waisted joggers. These colors are so good for summer!  SHOP HERE.

Miloh Fox

The owner of Miloh Fox is a friend of mine and I’ve seen first hand how much she cares about the environment, the fabrics she uses and where the pieces are made. How cute is this Cheetah print set for instance for lounging around or doing some yoga at home? Also, make sure to check out the Bell Jumpers, they are adorable and super comfortable (worn here)!   SHOP HERE.

GIRLFRIEND COLLECTIVE

Girlfriend Collective is a sustainable activewear brand that uses recycled materials for their fabrics. They even make sure that all the plastic bottles they use for their fabrics are definitely used and not just leftovers. I’m particularly a fan of the high waisted black biker short. I even got two pairs because I wear them so much.  SHOP HERE.

Threads 4 Thought

This brand uses fabrics that are completely biodegradable like Lenzing Modal which is made out of bark from trees while ensuring the tree is not harmed in the process. I haven’t shopped from them personally but I really like their basic tops and sports bras. If you’re a fan of camo, check out these dark camo joggers, so cute!  SHOP HERE.

The Pangaia

Pangaia has super comfy athleisure in fun colors that are made from botanical natural dyes and recycled materials. It’s also becoming a quick cult favorite amongst fashion influencers like Tezza and WeWoreWhat. How pretty is this color above? In response to COVID-19, they decided to donate to Doctors Without Borders for every product sold so you can feel a bit better about doing your shopping during this time! SHOP HERE.

Wolven

Wolven has some beautiful patterns and colors in super comfy basics that can be worn from the gym to brunch (or to the grocery store for now). This brand uses  OEKO-TEX certified Recycled P.E.T fabric (RPET), a fabric made from recycled plastic water bottles and the fabric is extra soft. I have the high-waisted Tumeric pocket legging and it’s one of my favorites.  Currently, they are doing 10% of Net Profit to COVID-19 LA County Response Fund. SHOP HERE.
