Valentines Day Date Ideas for 2021

Just in case you need a few ideas of what to do for this valentines day, I got you! These don’t have to be for just people that are coupled up. You could do these ideas with friends, family or your significant other. Keep on reading/scrolling to see a few Valentine’s Day Date ideas !

Make a Bonfire. In some places it may be too cold for this but here in Cali it’s just right! Grab some stuff to make smores, some thick outdoor blankets, your bluetooth speaker, some drinks and build a warm bonfire.

Watch a virtual Concert – Switch up the Netflix routine a little and instead stream a concert of one of your favorite artists. Who knows, maybe some of your favorite artists will be live streaming on this day? This is perfect for a small gathering of friends.

Go house stalking – John and I love driving around neighborhoods looking at houses and pretending like we may live there some day. It’s always a fun time to talk about what we love and don’t love about the outside and what kind of people may live inside. If you are worried about staying safe and away from people this is a great one! Bring some popcorn or snacks in the car to make it even funner.

Make breakfast in bed– who doesn’t like breakfast in bed? You and your significant other can make breakfast together then hang out in bed or you could cook for them to show your love and turn on some Netflix and relax (or..chill)!

Ice skating– This is one that you can enjoy as a couple on a cute date or with some friends! Check your local rinks and reserve ahead of time if you need to. Make sure to take your own cozy socks if you are renting. Pro tip: take a mug of hot tea to sip on to keep you extra warm!

Book a romantic Airbnb getaway – Cuz why not? Everyone needs an excuse for a little getaway right?

Spa day at home– Get all the good stuff like plush hotel robes and slippers, cucumbers, champagne (if you want) and some good face masks and all the extras. Relax and recharge without having to leave home. Heres a little Bubble foot spa for under $30 you could get and this luxury spa set (with robes and slippers included) to make the experience that much more bougie .

Go Screen Free – Turn off the phones and Netflix and instead bust out the board games or anything else you can do without screens at home. Chess, Checkers, Monopoly, Twister. You can even do a marathon of different board games.

Go for a hike –  Drive out to that special hike you’ve been wanting to try that takes longer than just a few hours. Pack a picnic, take a blanket in your backpack and hike up to a cute spot then stop for a bite (if it’s not too cold where you are).
