I don’t know about you, but I’m not stressed about the Holidays because I already did most of my shopping! Woop! It’s supposed to be “the most wonderful time of the year” and so many people freak out and decide to stress, totally missing the point that Christmas should be about joy and giving. It should be about seeing each other smile, enjoying the familia, eating great food and celebrating the #JoyWorthGiving (a.k.a gifting to bring joy to other people .. isn’t that what it’s really about?).

In order to stress less, I always try to pick affordable gifts that won’t put a huge dent in my wallet. It’s all about making sure to cater each gift to each person by what they are interested in, what their hobbies are… etc. Put some thought and love into it! I always think, if I was that person, would I love this? Would I use it? Honestly most of the time I just want to keep the gifts for myself! That’s always my way I know I’ve picked a good gift.

This weekend I hosted an event at JCPENNEY. I shared my top gifts that I bought online with the shoppers and everyone that showed up to the event. I literally did all my shopping while watching True Blood and cuddling with my pups in bed…Gotta love online shopping!. I talked about why each gift was great and who it would be perfect for. It was fun mingling with the shoppers, answering gifting questions and sharing it all with everyone that showed up. Here are the gifts I picked from JCPENNEY.COM and shared with everyone at the #JoyWorthGiving event. They are all linked below:

Urban Decay Naked2 Palette

Philippe Richard Barware set

Arizona Long Sleeved Knit Cardigan

I absolutely love the outfit that you put together for your event. That skirt is just pure divinity. As far as your gift guide goes, I love that too! Gifting should definitely be about simplicity and thoughtful giving, rather than stress (though, I will admit I’m prone to that anyways haha). Can’t wait to see what else you have in store this holiday season!
