Our Fall doesn’t really exist until November and you have to drive into the mountains to really see any leaves change. As someone from California, I love that we have warmth a little longer … but it does make it harder for “fall” content 😅 I’m just glad we do have some fun fall activities! I always love getting into the fall season and October is my fave! Will share some fun sd fall activities soon so stay tuned.

Location : Liberty Station in Point Loma. This was shot last year outside the cutest pumpkin patch!! I’m sure it will be there again this year !

Just go with the slow 🌊 enjoying life at home in San Diego.

Ive been blogging and creating on social media for over ten years now. Wow 😳 it’s crazy to look back and see how much I’ve changed as a creator. I used to think I needed to work on overdrive and push out content like crazy or else I would be left behind. It caused me immense burn out and in the end made life go by way too fast. I’ve learned now that there’s no rush. I have all the time in the world.

I’ve learned to relax, take my time creating, do things that bring me joy instead of following trends (or what may make me go viral), connect with my community instead of focusing on only growth and trust the process. I may post less but I’m so much happier now and I feel I’m able to post with more purpose.

This is just a little note to anyone rushing through life and living life working the hours away… slow down, trust the process and focus on the things that bring you joy. Just like nature, you can accomplish so much by just moving at a slow pace. 🫶🏼

Home renovations updates✨ Moving and renovating

Home renovations updates✨ Moving and renovating has been extremely exciting yet so stressful at the same time. I finally got my first virgin gray hairs thanks to all this 😂😅 it’s been so crazy I haven’t had much time to post here. Many stressful moments tbh, but we are so grateful and we love this new home so damn much !! I can’t wait to be able to settle in a little more and cozy this place up. I’m constantly trying to remind myself to have patience and just enjoy it all but I’m so eager to see the final result 🫣 I can’t wait to paint it all and be able to really add my personality to it! 1. Our first photo in the home together! Gotta frame this one 🥰

2. Before shot (post demo) of our originally two bedrooms turned into one.

2. After photo of our now larger bedroom space. We added a French door opening up to the patio (so much more natural light 😍)👍🏼 new floors throughout (same ones the house came with) and added new lighting.

3. Before shot of bathroom (we tore down a few walls, opened up the ceiling and moved the window).

4. After shot of bathroom after adding the new tile (no grout here). I wanted concrete everywhere but it was too expensive so this tile was the next best thing. Going for a very minimal spa like bathroom.

5. A moment of weakness, pure stress and me trying to keep my composure during all the chaos.

6. Currently living in athleisure 24/7. It’s the only way 😅 Hopefully I can get back to posting more everyday outfit shots soon!

There’s still a lot to do everywhere but just wanted to share a little update for anyone who isn’t over on my stories. I’ve been sharing most of my home renovation over there and saving it all in my highlight section “home reno” 🫶🏼 check it out to see more!

Another day, another staycation in San Diego for us! This time a relaxing beach side getaway. It was really nice to have a slice of the last days of summer summer and enjoy a few relaxing days. I recommend this spot for anyone who wants to be right on the beach, near bars and restaurants and in the middle of the beach side action. I personally really enjoyed being able to bike ride and roller skate the boardwalk in the morning and afternoons. Such a treat! Have you stayed here?
